Do you require a valid credit card on file in order to complete a booking?

Yes, a valid credit card is required in order to confirm a booking with Timothy’s Limousine and Transportation Services.

How many days in advance do I need to book in order to book with Timothy’s Limousine and Transportation Service?

We recommend all transfer reservations be made 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.  We also recommend 48 hours of notice for all hourly and limousine charters.  If you require service sooner, please call our reservation specialist at 1 (904) 861-5552.

What type of payment options are available with Timothy’s?

We accept all major credit cards, (Visa, Master card, American express charge card) as well as American Express travelers checks (accompanied with a valid credit card on file).

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our dispatch service is open from 4:30 am to 10:30 pm.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 4 hour notice for all airport transfers, 6 hours of notice for all out of area transfers, 24 hours of notice for all hourly charters and group transfers, and 48 hours of notice for all special event charters, in order to receive a full refund.

How do I obtain a receipt from Timothy’s?

Simple, once payment has been made, we will email an itemized receipt to the email account on file.  If you require a hard copy receipt, just ask and we will be provide one via mail.
